Dear Mr.

The Canadian
Artists and Producers Professional Relations Tribunal has
received a complaint filed pursuant to section 53 of the Status
of the Artist Act alleging failure to bargain in accordance
with section 32 of the Act. The complainant is the
London Musicians' Association, American Federation of Musicians
of the United States and Can2da. Local 279 (AFM) and named
as respondent is Rogers Television London Cable 13. A copy
of the complaint and all documents submitted is attached.
The next
step in the Tribunal's complaint handling process is to provide
the respondent with a period of time in which to answer the
complaint. It would therefore be appreciated if you would
provide the Tribunal with an answer to the AFM's complaint
no later than September 9, 2003, 5 p.m.
For your
information, I have attached a copy of the Tribunal Procedures
regarding the complaint process.
Please
