Auger:
Enclosed
is the reply of the London Musicians' Association to the September
19, 2003 response of Rogers Communications Inc. to the aforementioned
Complaint.
Our reply
is formatted in numerical order to correspond directly to
the seven points presented by Rogers Communications Inc.
Our Complaint
is based on facts established between the date we sent Rogers
our "Notice To Bargain" (March 6, 2003) and the
date of our filing of the Complaint. (August 15, 2003) Although
we are encouraged by good faith efforts shown by Rogers Communications
Inc. subsequent to September 17, 2003, we respectfully suggest
that these efforts do not constitute evidence relevant to
our Complaint.
We feel
that the facts of this case strongly supports a finding in
our favour of this complaint.
